What happens when the reserve has not been met on a lot?
This means that the highest bid on the lot will be submitted to the vendor following the sale where they will then decide if they wish to accept this bid or not. We will then be in touch with the highest bidder in due course to discuss this.
How do I bid?
You can only bid once the auction has gone live. If the auction is live and you are on a computer, use the "Bid Now" button. If you are using a mobile phone, click "auction catalogue" and sign in via here.
If the auction is not live, you can still register to bid for the next upcoming auction. If you are on a computer, use the "Log in/Register" button in the top right corner. If you are on a mobile, Click the three lines in the top right corner and select "Log in/Register".
Can I put a reserve price on my item?
Yes, all goods can be entered into the auction with a reserve price.
How do I pay for my purchase?
All items must by paid in full by bank transfer.
When I sell goods at auction, how will I be paid?
A sales invoice will be emailed and payment will be made by bank transfer. Alternatively the invoice and cheque (a/c payee only) will be posted, by first class mail. Please ensure that your full name, address and post code are printed clearly on the entry form.
What is a buyers premium?
This is a charge to cover the auction costs, such as hpi checks etc. It is payable on all lots.
Why are some vehicles sold without documentation?

Is V.A.T. Payable on commercial vehicles?
