Be honest with your description. You may be liable to prosecution under the Trading Standard Laws if you provide a misleading description, you will also be charged commission if the sale is cancelled, or item withdrawn for blatant misrepresentation.
Ensure you bring along all relevant documentation i.e. REGISTRATION DOCUMENT / V5, M.O.T. CERTIFICATE and any SERVICE HISTORY. It always helps if you have any bills or receipts for work carried out.
Make every effort to present whatever it is you are selling at it's best, clean and preferably in working order.
As in every auction sale the seller will be charged a commission for the sale; for full details of commission rates please ask a member of staff.
Transfer of ownership of any vehicle with a V5, will be completed by us once we receive payment from the bidder.
